Weekend Wrap Up: Relaxing & Weezer

I can’t believe we are 31 weeks pregnant! I’ve said this before, but I tend to go, go, go then crash at the end of the day.  These days, it’s more like go, then crash by 2pm. Well, this weekend we couldn’t crash at 2pm because we had tickets to go see Weezer in Portland on Saturday night.  So Saturday we slept in, I went to my first Barre3 class in like a month (my legs and butt are so sore!), took Finn to the park to run around and then came home for a nap. I never thought I would see the day where I would have to nap just to be able to stay up till 11:30pm!

Going to see Weezer was a spur of the moment decision.  I was looking up things to do in Portland a couple of weeks ago and their show popped up. Sean loves them and I know a few songs so we figured, why not! We tried to get seats that were far enough away from the stage (no loud speakers for baby) and it turned out perfect! I honestly can not believe how many little kids were at this concert belting out every word to every song. I’m convinced most of them knew more lyrics then me!

Sunday turned into a day of relaxation.  I was wide awake at 7am, so decided to go to 8am yoga to stretch out my body, then came home to meal prep for the week.  I will definitely type up a meal prep post in the future. I have a routine down and it works perfectly for us right now. Then we just laid around and watched Billions for the remainder of the day. We are completely addicted and about to finish season 2.  I tried to watch the show when it first came out but couldn’t get past the first episode. However, since this final season started everyone seems to be talking about it and we decided to give it another shot.  All I have to say is it gets better and better you have to give it a few episodes.

Always up for a day of relaxing, after a run at the park of course.
